I recently worked on a new brand identity for The Play Free Project, a start up that’s all about bringing the fun back to sports for youth athletes. They focus on growing a true love for the game by removing barriers and making sure every kid can play, no matter what.
The logo features a cheetah wearing sunglasses, which is fun, bold, and full of personality—just like Play Free. It’s all about speed, confidence, and having a blast. The bright colors—hot pink, yellow, midnight blue, and white—give the brand a fresh, exciting vibe that really stands out.
The goal was to create a look that works anywhere—social media, apparel, or wherever they need it—and reflects what Play Free is all about: making sports fun again and reminding kids why they fell in love with the game in the first place.
This project hit close to home for me because I love the idea of making sports less of a chore and more about joy, passion, and play. I’ve always believed in the power of sports to shape kids’ lives in a positive way, and I align so much with what The Play Free Project is trying to do. It was a privilege to help bring this vision to life, and I can’t wait to see them keep inspiring kids to play free and love the game again.
