Overview
During the 2025 Canada Summer Games, I served as the Sport Information Officer for Men’s Baseball in St. John’s, NL. My role focused on capturing and developing live social media content, video highlights, photography, and graphic assets throughout the week to tell the story of the tournament in real time.

Content & Work
Across seven days, I produced 532 finalized media assets including photos, video clips, and graphics for use across Baseball Canada and Canada Games platforms. The content was shared live through Instagram and X, creating a consistent flow of highlights, game coverage, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Strategy
With a fast-paced schedule and limited turnaround time, efficiency and preparation were key. Pre-built templates and a planned content workflow allowed for rapid editing and publishing directly from the field. This ensured timely, high-quality coverage that reflected the excitement of the Games while maintaining a national-level standard.
Impact & Results
The coverage reached over 2.08 million impressions and generated 42,000+ engagements and 41,849 profile visits across Instagram and X. The work gave Men’s Baseball strong visibility on a national stage and provided Baseball Canada with a professional media library for future use.
This project highlighted the impact of real-time live social content in sport, helping enhance Baseball Canada’s presence during a national event and providing a strong foundation for future coverage.
